Instructions on obtaining Police Clearance

- Please complete attached application form as issued by Police Headquarters, Colombo.
- On receipt of the duly completed application form it will be forwarded by the High Commission to the Administration Branch of Police Headquarters, Colombo Sri Lanka and an acknowledgement letter with reference number will be sent to the applicant.
- Once the clearance is given by Police Headquarters the relevant documents will be forwarded to the applicant through the High Commission by registered mail. (By courier if you reside outside Australia).
- Please quote your reference number when contacting the High Commission in relation to the application.
