DIAC has announced in a media release that the online lodgement facility for Tourist visas (e676) will be available to holders of passports from Argentina and Brazil from 15 February 2012.

The requirement document which clarifies policy position has been updated and can be found here. Please note these changes will not affect Tasmanian graduates, and will only apply to applications received from 25 January 2012 onwards.
